I would use both. Having taken the AP exam and received a 5 and having owned the AP World Princeton book, I would say that the depth of content covered is probably not enough or just barely enough to net you a 5, if that's what you’re aiming for. An ok app for reading text based books on your pc, but it feels outdated by a good few years, especially when compared to the android app and the reading app on the kindle fire hd. Any books with images, or comics/graphic novels are practically unreadable. Also you cannot dowload books/files you have sent to your kindle, which can be a pain/5(K).
